Hey, I’m Melissa.

Little Bee Creations was born out of my love for helping others discover their confidence and power through body art.

I started practicing henna in 2015, which led me to pursue a tattoo apprenticeship in Smyrna, Georgia to learn the trade. Following the completion of that job, I returned to Columbus, my hometown, and began tattooing at Iron Rose Tattoo. Working in a traditional tattoo setting like Iron Rose allowed me to become well-rounded as a tattoo artist, with walk-in clients requesting a variety of styles at any time.

I love the traditional tattoo styles, but I also get excited to work on designs that incorporate delicate floral pieces or geometric patterns. Since I began, I’ve been honored to adorn hundreds of clients with custom and unique henna designs and tattoos across the southeast. In addition to finding me in my cozy and eclectic studio, Little Bee Creations, you can also often catch me at festivals and art shows in the area - love sharing my art with the public!

Not at this time. To ensure you get the best service, we like to plan for you in advance, so we require appointments for all services.
Go to our “Make an Appointment” page. Once you fill out the form requesting one of our services, we’ll contact you to schedule your appointment.
We’ll be happy to reschedule your appointment because we know things happen. We ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to reschedule. Unfortunately, if you need to cancel outright, your booking fee is non-refundable, but we’ll always work with you to see you at a time that works for you.
Please note, if you need to reschedule more than once, Little Bee requires an additional booking fee to hold the appointment.
